While continuing to service the campground rental market, Half Moon Lake Resort, outside of Sherwood Park in Alberta, has created a unique lease ownership plan in order to provide low prices and long term stability to our campers.

A limited number of RV sites are being offered to the public. Typically sites rent for about $2,000 a year. Finally, an affordable retreat close to Edmonton, and a great investment! Lot areas are surveyed, developed and a site plan is available. At present, a 35 year lease is County approved. Half Moon Lake Resort opened in 1956, and is located only 20 minutes east of Edmonton.
